Frequently asked questions
You can queue up as many requests as you like. We’ll tackle them one by one to ensure quality and precision with each project.
Most design requests are completed within 2-5 business days. Larger or more complex projects may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on progress.
Once you subscribe, you'll be directed to create an account. You’ll login to access your portal and can start submitting your design requests right away. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you on how to use the system for a seamless experience.
Absolutely. We’ll refine your designs until they’re perfect.
You’ll manage all design requests directly through your Zendo client portal. Whether you prefer writing a detailed brief, sharing a Google Doc, or even recording a quick Loom video, the process is flexible to fit your style.
All of your designs are created exclusively by our expert small team here at BTB Studio. There’s no outsourcing—just a direct, collaborative experience with professionals who care about your brand.
For big projects, like complete website designs or multi-page documents, we break them into smaller parts. This way, you’ll receive regular updates and pieces of the project every 2-4 days until it’s fully complete.
Webflow development is include with the Design + Development plan. Simply subscribe, request, and we’ll develop your design our ours directly in Webflow. Once the site is complete, we’ll transfer ownership to your Webflow account, where you’ll have full control and access. No subscription is required to maintain your website after the handoff.
From social media graphics to full websites, the possibilities are endless.
While we handle a wide range of design needs, we don’t cover:
3D modeling
Animation (e.g., GIFs, motion graphics)
Medical or legal document design
Complex packaging or extensive print materials (e.g., books, magazines)
Adobe InDesign-specific projects
We understand your needs might change. You can pause your subscription at any time. For example, if you’ve used 20 days of service in a billing cycle and pause, you’ll still have the remaining 10 days to use whenever you’re ready to come back.
We use industry-standard tools, primarily Figma, to deliver polished, high-quality designs.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the design, we’ll revise it until it’s exactly what you envisioned.
Due to the premium nature of our services, we don’t issue refunds after the first week of service. However, within the first week of service-- if you're unsatisfied, we'll refund 50% of your cost.
