How do we start?

The first step is to get in touch by filling out our contact form, which you’ll find here. We start with a short "get-to-know-you" call where we learn about your business and what you're looking for. We'll then provide you with a cost estimate, work scope, and schedule based on what you need. Once the paperwork and deposit is squared away, we can proceed to work on your full-fledged project!

How will we communicate?

All communication generally takes place by email or Zoom. Of course your preferred method of communication will be considered along with the nature of the project, time zone, location, and/or team size.

What is the usual cost for a project?

We have a minimum project cost of $7,500 USD. We’ve discovered that this amount is the minimum needed to provide a consistently high standard of work across multiple services, with room for flexibility.

BTB Studio offers fixed and monthly retainer billing structures for both design and development, as well as other services like copywriting, maintenance, and SEO.

What do I provide to you?

This largely depends on the needs for your project and the services you choose; so we suggest getting in touch with us first and we can give you detailed information on what we need.

How long does a project
normally take?

Most projects take between 4-8 weeks to fully complete the discovery, design, and development phases. Because every project is different, we'll provide a unique timeline in your welcome kit following your project consultation.

What is the process for a
typical project?

A typical project starts with identifying your goals and purpose for working with us. We then dig deeper to discover the scope of the project and begin the planning phase (moodboards, site mapping, wireframes). This leads in to the the most exciting part, the building and design phase. Once all is approved and tested, we're set for launch!
